PROJECT FLOOR APPLIES TO SOME TIERS, NOT ALL: Our monthly capacity subscription and wholesale rate tiers apply to projects with a minimum construction or contract value of $1,000,000.00 CAD. Our standalone credit bundle packages and uncommitted retail labour tier carry no minimum project valuation.

NO FEE TO INQUIRE: Submitting an intake form costs nothing and creates no payment obligation. Any fee arises only under a signed agreement and work order.

Dispatch commitments, response-time protocols including the 72-Hour Surge Protocol™, wholesale rate structures, recall rights, satisfaction guarantees, and the 4-Hour Pressure Test Engine™ are governed exclusively by executed bilateral agreements — which may include the Strategic Growth Partnership Agreement (SGPA), Master Labour Services Agreement (MLSA), Labour Pool Partnership Agreement (LPPA), Strategic Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Capacity Stabilization Appendix, and the applicable project Work Orders.
In the event of any conflict between this Disclaimer and an executed bilateral agreement between the parties, the executed agreement takes precedence.
