THE HOG WORK PLAIN ENGLISH SUMMARY
-
SAND TO GLASS™ TRANSPARENCY: We own our site content, our operating models, and our brand assets. You own the project information you submit to us.
-
THE CONTRACT IS THE CONTRACT: Site guarantees, capacity seats, credit bundles, and dispatch commitments are governed by the agreement you actually sign with us — not by anything on this website.
-
ONTARIO BUILT: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
-
DATA INTEGRITY: We use operational cookies and intake filters to run this site. We never sell your company's data.
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Hog Work Industrial Hub Ltd. ("Hog Work", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing this website, submitting project or worker information, or using our digital intake forms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").
These Terms apply to all visitors to this website, prospective commercial clients, prospective labour partners, and prospective workers. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of this site.
2. WHO WE ARE + AGREEMENT PRECEDENCE
Hog Work Industrial Hub Ltd. is an Ontario corporation operating in industrial and commercial labour logistics and workforce capacity services across the Halton and Peel industrial corridors.
This website is a preliminary intake and information gateway only. It does not create a service relationship, a labour supply commitment, or an employment relationship.
Formal commercial engagements — including dispatch commitments, wholesale rate tiers, capacity subscriptions, credit bundles, recall rights, and work orders — are governed exclusively by the bilateral agreements executed between the parties, which may include our Strategic Growth Partnership Agreement (SGPA), Master Labour Services Agreement (MLSA), Labour Pool Partnership Agreement (LPPA), Strategic Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Capacity Stabilization Appendix, and the applicable project Work Orders.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed bilateral agreement between you and Hog Work, the executed agreement takes precedence.
3. PROJECT INTAKE + PRE-QUALIFICATION
Hog Work serves institutional, infrastructure, commercial, and industrial construction projects. We do not service residential projects.
-
NON-RESIDENTIAL ONLY: Our services are not available for residential projects of any value. Residential submissions are declined at intake.
-
SUBSCRIPTION AND WHOLESALE TIERS — $1,000,000.00 CAD PROJECT FLOOR: Our monthly capacity subscription and wholesale rate tiers apply to projects with a minimum construction or contract value of $1,000,000.00 CAD. We reserve the right to decline any subscription enrolment or work order for a project site that does not clear this threshold.
-
ENTRY TIERS — NO PROJECT FLOOR: Our standalone credit bundle packages and our uncommitted retail labour tier carry no minimum project valuation and remain available to any net-new commercial or industrial client, subject to the non-residential requirement above.
-
NO OBLIGATION AT INTAKE: Submitting an intake form does not create any payment obligation, and we charge no fee to submit one. Any fee under any commercial engagement is set out in the executed agreement and work order for that engagement, not on this website.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Other than the project information you submit to us, Hog Work Industrial Hub Ltd. retains all intellectual property rights in the content of this website, including its written content, layouts, graphics, operating frameworks, and brand assets — including Sand to Glass™, Titan Shield™, First-Dibs™, Preferred Asset Status™, the 4-Hour Pressure Test Engine™, and the 72-Hour Surge Protocol™.
-
LIMITED LICENCE: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view this website's content and to submit intake requests. No other rights are granted.
-
RESTRICTIONS: You may not reproduce, republish, resell, scrape, or systematically extract this website's content, data structures, or rate information without our express prior written consent.
-
CONTRACTUAL REMEDIES: Where a signed agreement exists between you and Hog Work, the confidentiality, non-circumvention, non-solicitation, and intellectual property provisions of that agreement govern the use of any information disclosed to you, and the remedies set out in that agreement apply in addition to any remedy available at law.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE + SUBMISSION INTEGRITY
You agree to use this website only for legitimate commercial and employment inquiries. You agree not to:
-
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent project valuations, corporate identities, credentials, or certifications.
